Role overview
This position is for a Content Writer to support the Communications function. The selected candidate will create polished written material that advances brand communication and public relations goals across multiple formats and channels. The role is best suited to someone who enjoys research-driven writing, can develop press releases, and can shape engaging stories about the people and businesses the company works with.
Core responsibilities
- Create, refine, and improve content for digital platforms, including website copy, feature articles, and press releases.
- Work closely with PR and Communications colleagues to ensure messaging stays consistent with campaign goals and brand direction.
- Carry out research and brief interviews when necessary to collect accurate information and build strong, engaging narratives.
Qualifications and experience
A bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, English, or a closely related discipline is required. The role calls for at least 3 years of experience in content writing, PR-focused writing, or corporate journalism. Applicants should be able to show a strong portfolio featuring press releases, online articles, and social content, along with excellent copyediting and proofreading ability. Professional-level English fluency is also needed.
Preferred profile
Experience or familiarity with e-commerce, international retail, or technology would be an advantage. The ideal candidate should also be able to simplify complex subjects for general audiences and maintain a clear, well-structured format that works well for digital reading.
