Influencer Marketing Associate (MENA)

Role Overview

This position focuses on managing influencer partnerships across the MENA region. The role combines creator discovery, commercial negotiation, campaign coordination, and performance tracking, with an emphasis on producing localized Arabic content that fits the brand’s standards and audience expectations.

Key Work Areas

• Research and shortlist promising creators on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube whose content style and audience match the app’s positioning.
• Represent the brand in discussions with influencers to secure competitive pricing, longer-term collaborations, and exclusive arrangements.
• Oversee the full campaign process from script checking and draft sign-off through video publishing and final results review.
• Support creators in adapting global brand messaging into engaging Arabic content that feels native to the local market.
• Keep all prospect details, pricing information, and communication history accurately maintained in the company CRM.

Compensation

The role includes a base salary along with a monthly bonus.

Candidate Profile

Applicants should be based in the MENA region and able to work independently in a remote setting. The ideal candidate is a native Arabic speaker with professional fluency in English and has prior exposure to influencer marketing, lead generation, or business development. Experience with TikTok, ByteDance, or similar technology companies is considered a strong advantage.
