Role overview
Siemens Mobility is looking for a trainee industrial management clerk who wants to work with commercial processes and help shape how a company is run from a business perspective. In this apprenticeship, you will develop into a broadly skilled commercial all-rounder.
Industrial clerks work across a wide range of business functions, including materials management, production planning and control, marketing and sales, human resources, logistics, and finance and accounting. During the programme, you will gain insight into these areas and support daily operations in different departments.
After completing the apprenticeship, many career paths can open up within the company. You will also get the opportunity to develop cross-functional solution approaches in project teams, some of them with an international focus, and put them into practice using modern technologies and new media.

Training structure
- Apprenticeship length: 2.5 years
- Technical and cross-functional Siemens training at the training center in Essen, delivered both virtually and in person
- Vocational school attendance in Essen, also in virtual and classroom formats
- Practical assignments at the company site in Braunschweig
Requirements
- Interest in business and mathematics
- At least a secondary school leaving certificate equivalent to Mittlere Reife
- Motivation to help shape the mobility of the future
Compensation and benefits
- Monthly training allowance in euros: first year €1,264.00, second year €1,334.00, third year €1,439.00
