Job description
Role overview
This position is responsible for handling industrial relations and administration work at the project site. The role includes managing time office operations, ensuring labour-law and statutory compliance, coordinating welfare and CSR initiatives, maintaining records and MIS, and supporting vendors, infrastructure, and digital documentation with high accuracy.
Key responsibilities
- Put in place and monitor compliance processes so that all applicable labour-law requirements are met, including document upkeep, renewals, statutory returns, and on-time filings.
- Coordinate with government authorities, contractors, and local bodies, and support the resolution of notices and worker grievances.
- Plan, establish, and operate welfare and CSR-related facilities, while ensuring statutory employee benefits are provided properly.
- Maintain attendance, leave, records, MIS reports, and filing systems accurately and within deadlines.
- Arrange and oversee site support needs such as utilities, accommodation, conveyance, and event logistics, while working with vendors to ensure readiness.
- Use digital systems correctly for attendance, reporting, and documentation, and assist with ongoing digitization efforts.
- Run time office activities with full accuracy and compliance, including digital record maintenance, timely wage processing, and grievance tracking.
- Manage vendor relationships, track bill receipt and record submission, ensure payments are processed on time, verify compliance, and coordinate the issue and closure of work orders, letters of intent, and offer letters.
- Organize and take part in training programs and community welfare initiatives.

The role is site-based in Surat, Gujarat, and is focused on supporting both industrial relations and day-to-day administrative operations. The work requires close coordination across internal teams, vendors, and external stakeholders, along with strong attention to accuracy, compliance, and timely execution.
