Job description

Role Overview

The Talent Acquisition Associate will support end-to-end hiring activities for high-volume recruitment needs in Gurgaon. This role focuses on identifying suitable candidates, coordinating interviews, managing applicant communication, and helping ensure a smooth hiring and onboarding experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Use job portals, social platforms, and professional networks to identify a large pool of potential candidates, then review resumes to shortlist suitable profiles.
  • Carry out preliminary interviews to evaluate candidate skills and work experience, and coordinate assessment tasks when required.
  • Arrange interview schedules between applicants and hiring managers, while supporting candidates throughout the interview stages.
  • Support documentation work, salary discussions, and preparation of offer-related processes.
  • Keep communication prompt and transparent with all candidates, share progress updates, and help maintain a strong candidate experience.
  • Monitor hiring performance indicators, support timely closure of positions, and share weekly or monthly updates with hiring managers.
  • Update candidate records and hiring information accurately in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Assist with onboarding activities for newly selected employees.

Experience & Qualifications

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in BPO recruitment, especially in volume hiring.
  • Background in recruiting for junior to mid-level positions.
  • Capability to source, screen, and interview candidates across multiple openings.
  • Working knowledge of recruitment platforms, job boards, and social networking channels used for hiring.
  • Strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal ability, and organizational discipline.
  • Comfortable managing several roles at the same time while working within assigned deadlines.

Additional Information

This is a full-time, onsite role based in Gurgaon, Haryana, India. The position involves managing recruitment activity for multiple openings simultaneously and supporting both hiring and onboarding workflows.
