Role Overview and Responsibilities

• Oversee the complete lifecycle of YZi Labs' incubation initiatives, including strategic planning, event logistics, operations, and enhancing the founder experience.
• Coordinate multiple global incubation sessions annually across locations such as San Francisco, Dubai, and Singapore.
• Develop and implement scalable operational processes and systems to boost program efficiency and quality.
• Manage ongoing communication, scheduling, workshops, events, and activities throughout the incubation journey.
• Establish strong connections with founders and entrepreneurs to grasp their business models, products, market potentials, and challenges.
• Provide founders with access to essential resources, mentorship, investment opportunities, and ecosystem partnerships.
• Emphasize a founder-centric approach to deliver meaningful benefits to incubated ventures.
• Expand and nurture the network of founders, investors, mentors, talents, and ecosystem collaborators.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams like investment, portfolio management, marketing, and operations to enhance project support.
• Act as a YZi Labs representative at relevant ecosystem events, founder communities, and industry forums.
• Utilize AI technologies and automation tools to refine operational workflows, improve communication and reporting, and enhance program management efficiency.
• Research global incubator and accelerator programs (e.g., YC, a16z, Alliance, HF0) to inform and evolve YZi Labs’ incubation strategies.
• Assist in organizing ecosystem events, community-building initiatives, and marketing efforts to elevate the YZi Labs brand.

Qualifications and Skills

• Between 2 to 5 years of professional experience in startup ecosystems, venture capital, accelerators/incubators, venture operations, or community engagement roles.
• Solid understanding of early-stage startup dynamics and capability to appraise and support emerging projects.
• Proven experience engaging with founders, investors, and entrepreneurial communities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a natural aptitude for building relationships and communicating effectively.
• A genuine enthusiasm for supporting entrepreneurs and their ventures.
• Strong multitasking and project management ability within fast-paced environments.
• Competence in leveraging technology and AI for operational process optimization.
• Fluent English communication skills; additional language skills such as Mandarin are advantageous.
• Willingness and flexibility to travel internationally as required.

Preferred Attributes

• Background in Web3, cryptocurrency, artificial intelligence, biotechnology, fintech, or similar emerging technology sectors.
• Existing networks with founders, investors, accelerators, or other ecosystem stakeholders.
• Experience organizing startup-related programs such as demo days, hackathons, or founder communities.
• Familiarity with AI-driven tools, automation platforms, and operational software.
