Role overview
TheKey is seeking in-home caregivers in Cheney, Medical Lake, Spokane, and nearby communities. This role offers the chance to support older adults in their homes while building a career in a fast-growing care sector. Both full-time and part-time schedules are available, and shifts are open across the board.
Pay and incentives
- Hourly pay ranges from $20 to $24.
- A $2,000 sign-on bonus is available; terms and conditions apply.
- There is a $300 referral bonus.

What you will do
You will provide one-on-one support to clients in their homes, helping them with everyday living tasks and companionship.
Core duties
- Help with personal care tasks such as dressing, bathing, grooming, and meal support.
- Handle light household work, including basic cleaning, laundry, and organizing.
- Provide transportation for appointments, errands, and grocery trips.
- Offer companionship through games, puzzles, and other socially supportive activities.
Eligibility and qualifications
- You need at least 6 months of professional caregiving experience.
- You must have a CNA or HCA credential, or be able to obtain certification within 120 days of hire.
- CPR certification is required.
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- Basic computer literacy is necessary.
- A driver is required, along with a vehicle, valid insurance, and registration.
- Applicants must meet state background screening rules and be legally eligible to work in the United States.
