Qualifications and Skills

- Ability to maintain consistent attendance, with availability for flexible shifts including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively in a team environment.
- Capability to follow oral and written instructions carefully and request clarification when necessary.
- Stay calm under pressure in a fast-paced setting while ensuring meticulous quality and safety standards.
