Role overview
The organization is hiring an ICT Sales Representative in Auckland to drive sales of enterprise solutions across Automation, Integration, and Infrastructure portfolios for assigned accounts.
This position focuses on generating demand, advancing opportunities through the sales cycle, and helping customers achieve technology-led business outcomes. A strong part of the role is working alongside ecosystem and channel partners to support transformation programs that improve processes, integration, and operational performance.
The role is based in Auckland, New Zealand.
Compensation
The position includes a minimum guaranteed annual salary of $80,500.
In addition, annual commissions are tied to sales performance and may range from $0 to $115,000 depending on achievement of targets.
Key responsibilities
- Build prospect lists from trade directories and other relevant sources, while also identifying opportunities generated through partner-led pipeline activity.
- Stay current on the company’s offerings, competitor products, market movements, and partner capabilities.
- Meet with existing and potential clients, as well as ecosystem partners, to advance business discussions.
- Support discovery conversations with partner teams to understand customer requirements.
- Present joint value propositions for ICT solutions in collaboration with partners.
- Assist with pricing, quotations, and negotiation to move deals forward with partner stakeholders.
- Coordinate delivery activities with internal teams and partner organizations.
- Provide pipeline and sales visibility to sales leadership, with a focus on partner-influenced opportunities.
- Work with partners to support customer adoption after the sale and encourage value realization.
- Prepare and maintain sales documentation and reports.

Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a closely related field.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in enterprise technology or ICT sales, including exposure to multi-solution selling.
- Working knowledge of enterprise automation, integration, or infrastructure solutions.
- Experience selling through channel partners, system integrators, or co-sell ecosystem models.
- Ability to work with both business and technical stakeholders across client and partner environments.
- Practical experience with pipeline management, forecasting, and structured sales processes.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Education
A bachelor’s degree is preferred, and the role specifically calls for a degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
