Role and Responsibilities

The Package Consultant for SuccessFactors Core HR is tasked with deploying and supporting SAP SuccessFactors Core HR solutions. This includes overseeing and coordinating operations teams to ensure smooth business-as-usual services. The consultant serves as a central contact for incident resolution, live system monitoring, and handling defect-related troubles.

Technical and Professional Skills

Expertise in SAP configuration alongside both technical and business knowledge is essential. The role demands proficiency in transition and implementation processes and possession of SuccessFactors Core Module Certification. This consultant will contribute within the SAP SuccessFactors Practice following a global practice model.

Additional Expertise

As an S/4HANA SuccessFactors consultant, responsibilities extend to developing detailed blueprints for S/4HANA developments and offering functional and business support for SAP sales modules. Deep understanding of HR principles is vital, covering recruitment, compensation, performance management, employee development, and local labor law compliance.
