Role Overview

The Human Resources Generalist will work full-time on-site in Al Khobar, responsible for daily HR operations including implementing HR policies, maintaining employee records, and facilitating recruitment and onboarding. This role also oversees employee benefits coordination, assists with benefits administration, and addresses employee inquiries regarding HR matters and benefits. Additional duties include supporting performance management activities, ensuring compliance with labor laws, managing HR reporting, and documentation. Collaboration with managers and staff is key to promoting a respectful and engaging workplace culture.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in HR generalist roles or similar, with strong knowledge of HR management practices.
  • Proficient in interpreting, applying, and enforcing HR policies consistently.
  • Experienced in employee benefits administration, including enrollment, modifications, and communication.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution abilities, with discretion in handling confidential information.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills, detail-oriented, with competence in HRIS systems and typical office software.
  • Preferably holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields; certifications in HR are a plus.
  • Prior on-site HR experience and familiarity with local labor laws and regulations in Saudi Arabia are advantageous.
