Job description
Role overview
This role sits within EY’s Global Managed Service for Identity and Access Management and is focused on supporting and enhancing the engagement’s IAM operations. The position calls for consistent delivery against SLA commitments and a strong standard of quality in all outputs.
What you will do
- Provide application support across two IAM engagements, with experience in SailPoint IIQ or SailPoint IDN.
- Work within approved lifecycle practices and operational processes.
- Troubleshoot technical problems by investigating, debugging, and researching root causes.
- Apply core IGA knowledge covering user lifecycle management, provisioning, reconciliation, auditing, reporting, user activity monitoring, access certification, and segregation of duties (SOD).
- Build and maintain user onboarding workflows and role provisioning processes.
- Support onboarding for application and platform users.
- Monitor IAM platform components and related resources.
- Provide support to end users for IAM-related issues and requests.
- Handle day-to-day health checks, incident handling within the defined scope and service levels, email support, tool upgrades, and system monitoring.
- Share status updates and coordinate with Development and QA teams to help resolve defects.
- Perform root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions to prevent repeat issues.
- Carry out systems analysis and tuning to improve infrastructure responsiveness.
- Work with customers as needed and coordinate with operations and product engineering teams.
- Bring strong technical understanding of application onboarding resources, IGA integrations, connectors, custom integrations, and application patterns.
- Contribute to implementation, integration, customization, configuration, and deployment work for identity management and governance products, where applicable.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with at least two IAM engagements in an application support capacity.
- Practical exposure to SailPoint IIQ or SailPoint IDN.
- Working knowledge of Java/J2EE and SQL.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Capability to work independently, adapt quickly, and stay positive in a fast-moving environment.
- Team-oriented approach with the ability to collaborate in a competitive setting.
- Good soft skills, including technical documentation writing.
- Willingness to provide on-call support and work occasional overtime.
- Readiness to work in shifts as required.
- Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
