Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement custom solutions using Power Apps tailored to business requirements.
- Create automated workflows via Power Automate to optimize and streamline processes.
- Build interactive dashboards and analytical reports with Power BI to enable data-driven decision making.
- Enhance existing tools by designing and integrating new features to improve functionality.
- Optimize system throughput and scalability to handle high traffic and user demands.
- Collaborate effectively with engineers, architects, and product managers to deliver innovative solutions that advance business goals.
- Ensure application development adheres to best practices concerning security, performance, and scalability.
- Stay current with evolving Power Platform features and propose enhancements accordingly.
- Engage in design and code reviews to uphold high-quality software standards.
- Demonstrate initiative, focus, and accountability in a fast-paced environment, balancing short-term objectives with long-term vision.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proficient in Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI development.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dataverse and other relevant data sources.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
- Experience with Dynamics CRM is an asset.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues specific to Power Platform applications.
- Conduct code reviews and enforce quality assurance standards.
- Knowledge of software deployment lifecycles and coding best practices.
- Adaptability to learn and apply emerging technologies promptly.
Educational Background and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Microsoft Power Platform certifications such as PL-900, PL-400, PL-300, or PL-200 are advantageous.
- Minimum of 4 to 5 years of experience in software development focusing on the Microsoft Power Platform.
Additional Preferences
- Up-to-date knowledge of relevant technologies, frameworks, and tools, with the ability to select appropriate solutions.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
- Willingness to work flexible hours to meet client needs.
