Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement custom solutions using Power Apps tailored to business requirements.
• Create automated workflows via Power Automate to optimize and streamline processes.
• Build interactive dashboards and analytical reports with Power BI to enable data-driven decision making.
• Enhance existing tools by designing and integrating new features to improve functionality.
• Optimize system throughput and scalability to handle high traffic and user demands.
• Collaborate effectively with engineers, architects, and product managers to deliver innovative solutions that advance business goals.
• Ensure application development adheres to best practices concerning security, performance, and scalability.
• Stay current with evolving Power Platform features and propose enhancements accordingly.
• Engage in design and code reviews to uphold high-quality software standards.
• Demonstrate initiative, focus, and accountability in a fast-paced environment, balancing short-term objectives with long-term vision.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proficient in Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI development.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dataverse and other relevant data sources.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
• Experience with Dynamics CRM is an asset.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues specific to Power Platform applications.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce quality assurance standards.
• Knowledge of software deployment lifecycles and coding best practices.
• Adaptability to learn and apply emerging technologies promptly.

Educational Background and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Microsoft Power Platform certifications such as PL-900, PL-400, PL-300, or PL-200 are advantageous.
• Minimum of 4 to 5 years of experience in software development focusing on the Microsoft Power Platform.

Additional Preferences

• Up-to-date knowledge of relevant technologies, frameworks, and tools, with the ability to select appropriate solutions.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Willingness to work flexible hours to meet client needs.
