Role overview
This position is for an experienced HR professional to support daily people operations and work closely with business leaders on effective workforce solutions. The role covers recruitment, employee relations, performance support, HR operations, compliance, and policy execution, all aligned with business goals.
What you will handle
- Assist the HR Manager in rolling out HR strategies, policies, and initiatives.
- Run the full hiring cycle, from manpower planning and interviews to onboarding and induction.
- Address employee relations issues, resolve grievances, manage disciplinary cases, and support performance management.
- Make sure HR practices follow labor regulations, company rules, and industry standards.
- Manage the employee journey, including confirmations, transfers, promotions, exits, and offboarding.
- Support payroll data input, leave tracking, attendance monitoring, and HR paperwork.
- Help organize learning programs and employee engagement activities.
- Prepare HR dashboards, reports, and workforce analysis for leadership review.
- Keep employee records and HRIS information accurate, secure, and up to date.
- Guide managers on HR policies, employee performance matters, and talent decisions.
- Contribute to succession planning, retention efforts, and organizational development projects.
- Look for ways to improve HR processes and the overall employee experience.
Experience and qualifications
A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a similar discipline is required. The ideal candidate should bring 6 to 10 years of generalist HR experience, including 2 to 3 years in a supervisory or Assistant HR Manager capacity. Strong knowledge of labor legislation and HR best practices is essential. Hands-on exposure to recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR operations is expected, along with familiarity with HRIS tools and Microsoft Office.
