Opportunity Overview
An established luxury retail group is looking for a Brand Ambassador to represent premium perfume, skincare, and fashion labels across its store operations in the Al-Qassim region. This role is suited to someone who enjoys customer-facing work in a high-end retail environment and can help drive sales through strong engagement and product presentation.
Role Expectations
The selected candidate will support luxury retail sales activities, interact confidently with shoppers, and contribute to meeting store performance goals. The position involves working in a fast-paced retail setting where customer experience, sales conversion, and target achievement are important.
Key Requirements
Candidates should be comfortable with rotating shifts, including both morning and night schedules. Prior experience in retail sales is expected, along with a clear grasp of sales targets and UBT conversion rate metrics. Strong communication abilities and the confidence to engage customers effectively are essential for success in this role.

Compensation
The total monthly salary, inclusive of GOSI, is between SAR 6,000 and SAR 6,500. In addition, the role offers an attractive commission structure based on performance and target achievement.
