  • Assist People Managers in setting performance objectives, conducting reviews, managing improvement plans, and nurturing a high-performance culture.
  • Build strong relationships with the Airport CEO, senior leadership, and stakeholders as a reliable advisor on all people-related issues.
  • Lead and mentor the onsite HR team, setting service priorities, standards, and driving continuous improvements to provide responsive and customer-centric HR support.
  • Collaborate with the broader KSA HR team and Centers of Excellence to execute strategic HR projects, change initiatives, and employee engagement activities.
  • Prepare, analyze and present HR metrics including headcount, attrition, absenteeism, recruitment statistics, and workforce planning to inform strategic decisions.
  • Partner with Finance to fulfill people data requirements pertinent to Red Sea International Airport.
  • Champion daa International’s core values promoting an inclusive, collaborative, and high-achieving workplace culture that facilitates employee engagement and operational excellence.
