Role Summary
This Singapore-based, on-site full-time role is for an HR Executive who will support the company’s human resources function through day-to-day operations, policy compliance, employee relations, and HR program coordination. The position also plays a part in strengthening internal processes, keeping employee records up to date, and assisting with recruitment and onboarding. The role contributes directly to a positive workplace culture and the organization’s overall growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage core HR activities and keep routine operations running smoothly.
- Support adherence to HR policies and internal standards.
- Handle employee relations matters and help maintain a constructive workplace environment.
- Coordinate HR initiatives and related administrative activities.
- Improve internal HR processes where possible.
- Maintain accurate employee records and personnel documentation.
- Assist with recruitment and onboarding tasks.
- Contribute to a healthy work culture and support organizational development.
Required Qualifications
- Background in HR management and HR operations.
- Solid understanding of employee relations and HR policy compliance.
- Good grasp of HR principles and standard best practices.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information responsibly.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Experience in the construction or manufacturing sector will be an advantage.
