  • Act as a trusted advisor to the General Manager and senior leadership team by offering HR guidance that improves growth, efficiency, and organizational performance.
  • Steer transformation and organizational change efforts while accounting for readiness, business realities, and cultural impact.
  • Support broader HR strategy work and regional integration efforts related to new subsidiaries and acquisitions.

Talent Management and Development

  • Lead the planning and execution of core HR processes, including performance management (RISE), organizational reviews (OMR), and compensation planning (MBO, ICR), in line with LVMH standards.
  • Drive talent review, succession planning, and career development initiatives to identify future leaders, reduce risk, and encourage internal progression and cross-Maison mobility.

  • Develop recruiting strategies and manage end-to-end hiring to attract and secure high-quality talent.

Employee Experience and Culture

  • Develop engagement programs that balance global LVMH practices with local needs while reinforcing closeness, morale, and connection.
  • Design retention initiatives that respond to different employee needs and aspirations and support a healthy employer-employee relationship.
  • Set up multiple feedback channels so employees have a voice and communication stays open and transparent.
  • Embed diversity, equity, and inclusion into HR policies and business decisions to support a respectful and inclusive workplace.

HR Operations, Compliance, and Team Leadership

  • Lead, coach, and grow the HR team, including direct reports, while promoting accountability, excellence, and continuous improvement.
  • Review and maintain HR policies and standards to ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and LVMH group guidelines.
  • Manage annual headcount planning and the HR budget, including labor costs, and provide detailed reporting to HQ.
  • Assess compensation data to support a competitive total rewards approach, and oversee payroll and employee benefits administration.
  • Handle employee relations matters and resolve HR issues in a fair and effective way.
