The company designs, manufactures, and distributes sunglasses and optical frames for a range of luxury maisons including Dior, Fendi, Celine, Givenchy, Loewe, Stella McCartney, Kenzo, Berluti, Bulgari, Tag Heuer, and Fred. Thélios also operates two in-house brands: Barton Perreira and Vuarnet.

Role Summary

The Travel Retail Manager for the Americas is responsible for driving the growth, management, and commercial profitability of the travel retail channel throughout the region. This position leads the creation and rollout of strategic tools, business plans, and commercial actions that strengthen performance and support expansion.

Responsibilities

  • Grow revenue and improve profitability across the assigned geographic accounts.
  • Oversee the regional channel budget and allocate investment in line with maison strategy and business priorities.
  • Track key performance indicators and follow channel results closely.
  • Support brand development in travel retail, including market share growth and image building.
  • Execute 360-degree customer marketing initiatives such as training, staffing, and visibility programs.
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with key regional stakeholders.
  • Handle TMKG activities for the channel within the region.
  • Work with Customer Service to coordinate client support activities that improve business outcomes and partner service levels.
  • Stay informed about competitor activity and market strategy.

Profile

This role calls for a candidate with a bachelor’s or master’s degree and 5 to 8 years of experience in travel retail. Strong sales capability is essential, and prior exposure to eyewear, luxury goods, or selective distribution is considered an advantage. The ideal person is highly relationship-oriented, collaborative, and focused on delivering results. Fluency in English is required, and Spanish is a plus.
