Role Overview

This role requires a strategic HR advisor to collaborate closely with business leaders to enhance organizational effectiveness, develop talent strategies, foster culture transformation, and achieve high-performance goals aligned with company objectives. The role plays a critical part in facilitating business expansion through proactive HR measures, organizational development programs, talent management, and leading change in a dynamic business environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business leadership to convert organizational goals into effective people strategies and HR action plans.
  • Lead workforce planning, improve organizational effectiveness, manage succession planning, and build capabilities across business units.
  • Serve as a reliable consultant to leadership teams on matters related to employees, company culture, engagement, and organizational issues.
  • Promote a high-performance work environment using data-supported HR strategies and strong governance frameworks.
  • Drive initiatives related to organizational transformation, culture unification, employee engagement, and collaboration.
  • Manage change efforts supporting shifting business priorities, new operating structures, and process rollouts.
  • Cultivate an environment encouraging agility, accountability, innovation, and inter-departmental cooperation.
  • Work with talent acquisition teams to identify and recruit top talent in critical areas such as technology and cybersecurity.
  • Manage talent reviews, leadership development projects, retention tactics, and career growth programs.
  • Support skill enhancement initiatives aligning with upcoming business needs.
  • Engage with leadership teams across locations and functions to align on HR strategies.
  • Use strong business insight and stakeholder engagement to influence decisions and solve problems collaboratively.
  • Coordinate with HR Centers of Excellence and business units to ensure smooth execution of people-related initiatives.

Skills and Competencies

  • Extensive experience as an HR Business Partner in complex, matrixed organizations.
  • Proficient in organizational development, leading change, and culture transformation projects.
  • Knowledge of talent acquisition, management, and leadership growth in technology-focused roles.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and influence capabilities working with senior leaders.
  • Proactive and solution-driven approach anticipating and addressing challenges.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.

Qualifications and Experience

  • MBA or PGDM in Human Resources or a related field from a recognized institute is preferred.
  • At least six years of experience in strategic HR business partnering roles.
