Role Overview

The position of Human Resources Business Partner is offered as a part-time, remote role within Radian LLC. The primary responsibility is to deliver strategic and operational HR support for designated departments. This includes advising management on HR policies and practices, facilitating employee relations, aiding performance management, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. The role requires consulting with leaders about workforce planning, responding to employee inquiries, supporting policy adherence, and managing HR documentation.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficient knowledge of Human Resources functions and policies, including the formulation and execution of HR guidelines.
  • Experience in managing Employee Relations and understanding of Labor and Employment Laws to address employee issues and ensure compliance.
  • Capability in Performance Management by coaching supervisors, supporting appraisal processes, and aligning performance standards with business goals.
  • Strong communication, consulting, and conflict resolution skills to build trust in a remote working environment.
  • Excellent organizational and analytical abilities, familiarity with HR software systems, and capacity to handle competing priorities effectively in a part-time role.
  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline is preferred; professional certifications such as SHRM-CP or PHR add value.
