This remote role supports teams within the Eastern and Central time zones and requires a highly personable individual skilled in employee relations and leadership consulting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert advice to leadership on intricate employee relations issues, performance challenges, and conflict mediation.
  • Build and maintain trust throughout clinical sites by serving as an accessible resource for managers and employees alike.
  • Navigate and apply employment laws across multiple states including FMLA, ADA, and EEOC regulations; oversee full-cycle leave processes and assist managers with state-specific compliance.
  • Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives to boost employee engagement and retention.
  • Partner in workforce planning, HR training development, HRIS data reporting, as well as standard HR functions such as conducting investigations and managing workers’ compensation claims.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or comparable professional experience; SHRM-CP or PHR certifications are advantageous.
  • 5 to 7 years progressive human resources experience with emphasis on multistate compliance and high-touch employee relations.
  • Healthcare industry experience is strongly preferred given the unique regulatory environment and culture.
  • Demonstrated strategic advisory aptitude acting as a coach and consultant rather than solely administrative support.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices across multiple states.
  • Familiarity with HR information systems such as Workday, UKG, ADP, or equivalents.
  • Ability to work traditional business hours aligned with EST and CST time zones.

Benefits
