About the Role
This position functions as a strategic HR Business Partner for the retail operations in Saudi Arabia, aligning human resource strategies with the company's business objectives. The HRBP is responsible for overseeing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, HR operations, compliance with Saudi Labor Law, Saudization programs, payroll facilitation, and employee engagement to drive operational success and growth.
Main Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business leaders to align workforce planning with organizational goals.
- Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and implementation of HR policies.
- Lead initiatives to boost employee engagement, retention, and overall productivity.
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle including onboarding of new hires.
- Ensure recruitment and manpower planning timelines are met effectively.
- Monitor and support localization efforts, including Saudization compliance.
- Oversee all employee lifecycle processes—onboarding, transfers, promotions, confirmations, and terminations.
- Coordinate payroll inputs, managing attendance, leave, overtime, and final settlements.
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate HR records and updates on HRMS.
- Administer performance appraisal cycles and succession planning.
- Address employee grievances and disciplinary matters and conduct exit interviews.
- Support training and professional development activities.
- Ensure strict adherence to Saudi Labor Law and internal company policies.
- Liaise with government platforms such as Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem, and Mudad for HR compliance.
- Manage visa, Iqama, and employment documentation processing.
- Generate HR reports and dashboards covering metrics like headcount, attrition rate, recruitment, and Saudization progress.
- Manage administrative support functions including employee accommodation, travel arrangements, and vendor coordination.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- MBA with specialization in HR is considered advantageous.
- 5 to 8 years of experience as an HR generalist or HR business partner, with preference for retail sector exposure.
- Extensive knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and familiarity with related government portals.
