Role Overview
As an HR Business Partner, you will work alongside business and operational leaders to understand team requirements and turn them into actionable HR initiatives. Your work will support workforce planning, employee performance, engagement efforts, and organizational development activities that help the business grow and operate smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with operational teams to understand business priorities and provide HR support aligned with company objectives.
- Guide managers on performance management, employee relations, talent development, and workforce planning.
- Review organizational and workforce issues and suggest practical ways to improve productivity and workplace effectiveness.
- Help ensure HR policies and procedures are applied consistently across the assigned departments.
- Support appraisal cycles, development planning, and performance improvement actions.
- Coordinate with HR specialists in Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, and Learning & Development to deliver joined-up solutions.
- Take part in workforce planning and align staffing needs with operational and growth plans.
- Analyze HR data such as turnover, absenteeism, engagement, and compliance, then prepare reports and recommendations.
- Track workforce trends and propose initiatives that improve retention and employee satisfaction.
- Assist managers through change management and transformation activities.
- Contribute to initiatives that strengthen employee experience and support cross-functional HR projects.
- Prepare periodic reports on HR metrics and department trends to support decisions and continuous improvement.
- Share insights and recommendations that help improve performance and address business challenges.
- Carry out additional tasks assigned by the direct manager, provided they fit the scope of the role.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- 0–2 years of relevant experience in Human Resources or organizational support functions.
Skills & Competencies
- Effective communication and strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and interpret HR metrics.
- Sound problem-solving and advisory skills.
- Capability to manage initiatives and work with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong organization and follow-up abilities.
- Fluency in both Arabic and English.
Preferred Training
- Training in HR business partnering.
- Training in performance management.
- Courses in workforce analytics and HR operational planning.
Performance Criteria
Success in this role will be assessed based on business unit satisfaction, how effectively workforce and organizational issues are resolved, consistency in applying HR policies, quality of analytics and reporting, and contributions to performance improvement and retention efforts.
