Role Overview
An international, large-scale company is hiring an HR Business Partner for its Osnabrück location in Germany. This position is a strong fit for someone who wants to strengthen the Human Resources function in a multinational setting and take ownership of a broad HR portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide guidance to managers and employees on HR topics and employment law while acting as a strategic partner to the business.
- Lead hiring-related activities and ensure a well-structured onboarding experience for new joiners.
- Collaborate closely with the works council, local leadership, and other internal stakeholders.
- Own the employee lifecycle end to end.
- Make sure HR processes are implemented smoothly and in line with labor regulations, collective agreements, and existing works agreements.
- Manage a wide range of HR processes and day-to-day HR operations.
Candidate Profile
- A completed bachelor’s degree is required, ideally in human resources management, business psychology, business administration, or a similar field.
- Several years of relevant experience in a comparable HR role, preferably within the industrial sector.
- Strong knowledge of employment law and collective bargaining law.
- Comfortable working independently and taking full ownership of tasks and outcomes.
- Excellent spoken and written English, along with strong communication and advisory abilities.
- Strategic thinking, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Solid working knowledge of common business software, including MS Office and SAP.
