Job Overview and Responsibilities
- Lead talent acquisition and onboarding processes to attract and integrate new hires effectively.
- Manage training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and growth.
- Oversee attendance tracking, payroll data inputs, and address employee grievances timely.
- Organize reward and recognition programs along with engagement and recreational activities to foster employee satisfaction.
- Implement and maintain an effective performance management system to monitor and evaluate employee performance.
- Ensure workplace safety, health, welfare, cleanliness, and hygiene standards are upheld.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a generalist HR role focusing primarily on talent acquisition.
- A regular MBA or MSW degree or an equivalent qualification is mandatory.
- Proven hands-on experience with comprehensive HR operational functions.
- Excellent communication skills are essential for this position.
