Role Overview
The Hub Incharge / Assistant Hub Incharge (AHI) will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of daily operations within various hubs in Kochi. This role focuses on managing last-mile delivery processes, supervising delivery personnel, ensuring adequate manpower, and maintaining optimal hub functionality.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hub functions and ensure smooth operations at assigned locations including Mulanthuruthy, Angamaly, Perumbavoor, Pukkattupady, North Paravoor, and Kakkanad.
- Manage and monitor last-mile delivery processes to guarantee timely and efficient service.
- Lead and supervise a team of delivery riders, ensuring compliance and high performance.
- Plan and maintain sufficient rider availability through effective manpower management.
- Coordinate the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new delivery riders.
- Track delivery performance and promptly address operational challenges.
- Prepare and maintain operational reports to support hub efficiency.
Candidate Requirements
- Graduate degree in any discipline.
- Minimum of 1 to 3 years’ experience in logistics, last-mile delivery, hub or delivery operations, or rider management.
- Strong communication and leadership skills to effectively manage teams.
- Willingness to work onsite at designated hub locations.
Employment Details
This is a full-time, permanent position based in Kochi with multiple hub locations. The salary range offered is INR 300,000 to 400,000 annually.
