Job description

Role overview

This position supports the day-to-day functioning of the Ethics & Compliance (E&C) Hub through a mix of operational, analytical, coordination, and communications work. The successful candidate will help keep reporting accurate, documentation current, governance materials well organized, and stakeholder engagement effective. The role also contributes to the visibility, consistency, and overall strength of the E&C function across the organization and its Portfolio Companies.

Reporting and analytics

  • Prepare E&C Helpline KPI packs, year-to-date summaries, and other performance dashboards for executive updates and governance forums.
  • Gather information from several sources, check it for completeness and accuracy, and turn it into monthly, quarterly, and annual E&C reports.
  • Help create, update, and improve project and unit scorecards, key metrics, and measurement frameworks that support E&C priorities.

Policy and governance support

  • Assist with drafting, reviewing, refreshing, and maintaining guidelines, SOPs, code documents, policy content, and governance records in coordination with internal partners.
  • Keep templates, supporting guidance, and E&C documentation current, consistent, and easy to find across systems and platforms.
  • Support updates to training material so that the content remains aligned with E&C standards.
  • Maintain version control and proper archiving of internal documents.

Communications and engagement

  • Contribute to internal E&C communications by drafting newsletter content, email notices, and awareness-campaign material.
  • Help ensure that decks, training assets, templates, and visual materials follow the same branding, tone, and messaging standards.
  • Share communication ideas and proposed materials with the line manager and unit leadership for review.
  • Coordinate content across communication channels in partnership with Group Communications.
  • Support team engagement and stakeholder communications that improve awareness and alignment around E&C initiatives.
  • Bring forward new and creative communication approaches for the unit.

Project coordination

  • Provide operational support for E&C initiatives, projects, and priority tasks, including event coordination and contract/invoice administration.
  • Monitor progress, record updates, and keep communication clear among stakeholders and third-party suppliers.
  • Support the planning and delivery of team-building sessions, forums, and internal workshops.
  • Assist with financial planning related to events and activities.

Stakeholder management

  • Work with internal stakeholders at different levels, including ECBPs, D&TS, Group Comms, Procurement, and Portfolio Companies, to collect inputs and coordinate activities.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with vendors and external partners to support operational needs.

Additional assignments

You may be assigned other tasks as needed to help maintain operational continuity and support broader function-wide initiatives.

What we are looking for

  • A bachelor’s degree from a globally recognized higher education institution.
  • Between 5 and 10 years of experience in an operations, compliance, governance, analytics, or reporting-oriented role.
  • Prior exposure to complex organizations and work involving multiple stakeholders is preferred.
  • Background in digital innovation, AI, data analysis, reporting, document governance, or communications is an advantage.
  • Six Sigma or PMP certification is considered highly beneficial.
  • Strong capability in analyzing and interpreting data, with the ability to produce accurate reports and dashboards.
  • Practical understanding of governance, compliance, or policy development processes.
  • Advanced use of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and digital platforms; experience with dashboard tools is a plus.
  • Excellent written and spoken English and Arabic, plus strong stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to handle several workstreams at once while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Well-developed organization, time management, and prioritization abilities.
  • Professional judgment, discretion, and care when dealing with sensitive information.
  • A solution-focused approach with the ability to work both independently and in collaboration with others.
