Role overview
The Administrator - Happiness will oversee the front desk and waiting area, welcoming guests, guiding them to the right destination, and ensuring the reception function runs smoothly and professionally. The role also includes managing incoming and outgoing telephone calls and mail.
Location
Ruwais, Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates.
Main duties
- Control access to the campus buildings by monitoring and approving entry for employees and visitors.
- Verify identity details and request the necessary documents before allowing access.
- Receive visitors courteously and direct them to the correct person or department.
- Prepare and maintain records and correspondence related to petty cash, fleet vehicle bookings, postage purchases, international call and fax logs, and similar documentation.
- Respond to incoming telephone calls and route them to the appropriate staff member.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including coordinating parcel deliveries.
- Use standard office equipment such as a computer, telephone, fax machine, scanner, shredder, and photocopier as needed.
- Keep the reception area clean, organized, and presentable by working with the cleaning team.
Qualifications and experience
A Higher Diploma in a relevant discipline is required. Applicants should have strong spoken and written English and Arabic skills, basic computer knowledge including MS Office, and 0 to 2 years of experience.
