Key Responsibilities
- Manage HRIS service delivery operations to meet defined SLAs and KPIs.
- Ensure compliance with US payroll regulations and standards.
- Lead implementations of HRIS systems including Oracle HRMS and SAP SuccessFactors.
- Drive process automation initiatives and enhance HR reporting capabilities.
- Maintain audit readiness and coordinate audit-related activities.
- Engage with stakeholders to align HR operations and service delivery objectives.
Qualifications and Experience
- Graduates or postgraduates in fields such as Information Technology (B.Tech/B.E./B.Sc), Human Resource Management (B.B.A./B.M.S), or any other graduate discipline.
- 7 to 10 years of professional experience in HRIS or HR operations delivery roles.
- Strong expertise in Oracle HRMS and SAP SuccessFactors platforms.
- Knowledge of US payroll compliance intricacies and HR shared services.
- Demonstrated ability to manage HR processes, employee data management, and lifecycle service delivery.
