Delivery Excellence Lead (Lean Six Sigma)

Role Overview

We are seeking a Delivery Excellence Lead to spearhead transformation initiatives focused on Lean Six Sigma, quality assurance, automation, and continuous process enhancement within our organization. This leadership position involves mentoring teams, liaising closely with clients, managing project risks, and driving measurable improvements in productivity and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Champion Lean Six Sigma methodologies to improve delivery and operational excellence.
• Lead initiatives on quality management systems (QMS) and automation to streamline processes.
• Mentor and guide team members to instill best practices and continuous improvement culture.
• Engage with clients effectively to align expectations and ensure stakeholder satisfaction.
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks to deliver consistent business value.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• Possess a postgraduate degree such as M.Com, MBA in Finance, CA, ICWA, or Engineering degree.
• Have between 9 to 15 years of experience specifically within Finance and Accounting Operations (FAO) transformation.
• Mandatory certification of Lean Six Sigma Green Belt with practical application experience.
• Strong competencies in quality management, process automation, stakeholder engagement, and process improvement strategies.
