Overview
Reed.co.uk seeks an experienced HR & Talent Partner to become part of their People Team for a 12-month fixed-term position based in Holborn, London. This part-time role offers up to £32,000 annually and focuses on delivering comprehensive HR and talent acquisition support throughout the employee lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for HR inquiries, delivering prompt and professional guidance to both employees and managers.
- Support key HR functions such as onboarding, induction, probation evaluations, employee relations, and exit procedures.
- Conduct exit interviews, analyzing feedback to inform HR trends and improve employee experience.
- Manage HR administration including accurate maintenance of employee records and ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Oversee compulsory training programs and the i-Learn platform, organizing sessions as needed.
- Promote initiatives that enhance employee engagement, wellbeing, and workplace culture.
- Coordinate recruitment processes including job postings, candidate communication, interview arrangements, and overall talent acquisition administration.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify hiring needs and assist in workforce planning.
- Maintain talent pipelines to ensure a positive candidate journey and efficient recruitment outcomes.
- Monitor and report on recruitment metrics and progress regularly.
Experience and Skills
- Prior experience in roles such as HR Advisor, HR Partner, Talent Partner, or similar HR/recruitment positions.
- In-depth knowledge of HR procedures spanning the employee lifecycle.
- Proven ability in recruitment, onboarding, and handling employee relations.
- Exceptional organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and adept administrative capabilities.
- Capacity to prioritize multiple tasks within a dynamic work environment.
- Strong communication abilities and proficient stakeholder engagement skills.
