Role overview
We are seeking an organized, self-driven HR Support Officer to help manage day-to-day human resources and administrative activities in a fully remote setting. This entry-level position is ideal for someone who wants to begin a career in HR while gaining practical experience supporting people processes and internal operations.
What you will do
- Support employee joining and exit activities by helping with onboarding and offboarding steps.
- Keep employee files, records, and HR documents accurate and up to date.
- Assist the recruitment process by arranging interviews and keeping candidates informed.
- Handle employee questions about HR rules, procedures, and related information.
- Prepare HR correspondence, reports, and other administrative paperwork.
- Help organize training sessions, team meetings, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Protect the privacy of employee data and manage sensitive information responsibly.
- Provide general administrative assistance to the HR team whenever needed.
What we are looking for

- Clear written and spoken communication skills.
- Comfort using Microsoft Office and online collaboration platforms.
- Careful data entry habits with a strong focus on accuracy and detail.
