About the role

We are looking for an organised and driven graduate to join the recruitment function as a Graduate Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Coordinator. This position is based in Australia and can be performed remotely. It is designed for someone at the start of their career who wants to build experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR within a fast-moving, collaborative workplace.

You will help manage the hiring process from start to finish, contributing to candidate attraction, engagement, and onboarding. The role involves regular contact with hiring managers and the HR team to help maintain an efficient recruitment process and a positive experience for applicants.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify and source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and other recruitment channels.
  • Arrange and coordinate interviews between applicants and hiring managers.
  • Handle candidate communication throughout each stage of the recruitment journey.
  • Support application screening and keep candidate records up to date.
  • Help prepare and send employment offers.
  • Assist with onboarding tasks to support a smooth start for new employees.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment information in applicant tracking systems and databases.
  • Work with hiring teams on recruitment campaigns and talent acquisition activities.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or another related discipline.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Confidence using LinkedIn, job boards, and similar sourcing tools.
  • Well-developed organisational skills and a strong eye for detail.
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities and stay effective in a busy setting.
  • A professional, proactive attitude.
  • Good administrative and coordination skills.
  • Comfort using Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.

Preferred experience

  • Prior internship, placement, or volunteer exposure in recruitment, HR, or administration.
  • Basic familiarity with applicant tracking systems or recruitment software.
  • Understanding of recruitment workflows and good candidate management practices.
  • Experience in a customer-facing or stakeholder-oriented environment.
