Role Overview
As part of a rapidly growing organization, CTRD Arabia is investing in its People Team through a high-performing HR function to support business strategy and expansion. The HR Specialist will manage daily HR operations and employee lifecycle administration relating to an organizational design project in Saudi Arabia, ensuring compliance and efficient handling of HR data and employment documentation via the Qiwa portal.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage HR operations and employee lifecycle processes for consultants transitioning to CTRD Arabia employees in Saudi Arabia.
- Prepare, update, and organize various employee documents such as employment contracts, onboarding records, personal files, forms, HR letters, and supporting paperwork.
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate employee data across internal tracking systems, HR platforms, shared folders, and personnel files, ensuring audit readiness.
- Conduct HR induction sessions guiding team members through company policies, HR procedures, and employment conditions related to their Qiwa contracts.
- Administer Qiwa portal functions including contract actions, amendments, employee information updates, acceptance monitoring, and related compliance activities.
- Assist monthly HR reporting by validating and updating employee data, onboarding statuses, portal activities, and headcount records for the assigned group.
- Uphold confidentiality of personnel information and manage HR files in accordance with company policy and data protection laws.
- Support improvements to internal HR processes, including documentation structures, induction resources, system workflows, and tracking mechanisms.
Essential Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience in HR operations, administration, shared services, onboarding, or HR support within Saudi Arabia.
- Practical knowledge of using Qiwa, GOSI, and Mudad portals.
- Comprehensive understanding of onboarding, employment documentation, personnel records, and employee lifecycle management.
- Strong organizational aptitude to handle multiple trackers and meet deadlines with precision.
- Exceptional attention to detail in documentation and data management.
- Ability to manage sensitive employee data discreetly and professionally.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise confidently with employees, management, government, and finance teams.
- Fluent bilingual skills in Arabic and English, both spoken and written.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, notably Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Desirable Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience in multinational companies, consultancy, professional services, or project-based environments.
- Working knowledge of Saudi Labor Law, HRSD guidelines, and employment compliance requirements.
- Exposure to HR software platforms such as BambooHR, SharePoint, DocuSign, or similar.
- Intermediate to advanced MS Excel skills, including data validation, trackers, basic formulas, and generating reports.
