Overview

This role focuses on end-to-end hiring support for IT and non-IT positions across multiple business areas. The position is based in Bengaluru, India and involves partnering with hiring managers, coordinating recruitment activity, and supporting broader HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the full recruitment cycle for a range of technical and non-technical roles across different domains.
  • Work with hiring managers to define role needs and shape practical hiring plans.
  • Find suitable candidates through job portals, referrals, and professional networks.
  • Review resumes, conduct first-round HR screening, and prepare shortlisted profiles.
  • Arrange technical rounds, client discussions, and candidate follow-ups.
  • Handle interview coordination and help ensure applicants have a smooth process.
  • Discuss compensation expectations and issue offer letters to chosen candidates.
  • Support pre-joining steps, background checks, document collection, and onboarding.
  • Keep recruitment trackers, hiring dashboards, and candidate records updated accurately.
  • Create and maintain talent pipelines for immediate and future hiring needs.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to close openings on time and meet hiring goals.
  • Assist with employee engagement work, HR paperwork, and induction sessions.
  • Follow company HR policies and recruitment compliance standards throughout the hiring cycle.
  • Prepare recruitment MIS reports and review hiring metrics to improve efficiency.
  • Contribute to employer branding through job ads, social media activity, and campus hiring efforts.
