Job Responsibilities

• Source and identify potential candidates from various job portals tailored to specific company requirements.
• Screen resumes thoroughly and initiate communication with suitable candidates.
• Evaluate applicants' knowledge, communication abilities, aptitude, and relevant experience.
• Coordinate and arrange interviews of shortlisted candidates with hiring companies.
• Maintain positive relationships and effective communication with all candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Handle end-to-end recruitment processes efficiently.
• Utilize computer skills including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet for recruitment activities and correspondence.

Key Skills and Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication capabilities.
• Ability to research and comprehend business processes effectively.
• Keen to learn and improve recruitment techniques continuously.
• Proven interpersonal and rapport-building skills with a positive attitude.

• Workdays: Monday through Saturday.
• Shift: Day shift starting at 10 AM.
