Role Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional assistance to customers about products and services related to Accenture through chat or email.
• Address and efficiently resolve customer queries and complaints while maintaining professionalism.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to handle complex customer issues.
• Meet set targets for quality, productivity, and client satisfaction as per organizational standards.

Key Qualifications and Skills

• Fluent spoken and written English communication skills to effectively interact with international customers.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities, meticulous attention to detail, and analytical mindset.
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel functions like v-lookups and pivot tables.
• Basic knowledge of accounting and supply chain management, preferably in the electronics sector.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a nonvoice customer support process is preferred.
