HR, Payroll and Operations Specialist - AI Infrastructure

Overview

Our client is an internationally recognized, publicly listed technology company operating extensively in Asia and the United States. They seek a dedicated HR, Payroll, and Operations specialist to join their team in Singapore. This role emphasizes operational execution and is ideal for a professional keen on establishing an in-house payroll function from the ground up, contrasting with a broad strategic generalist position.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the transition of payroll processes from third-party Employer of Record (EOR) and vendor arrangements to an internal payroll system.
• Manage monthly payroll runs including tax deductions and the preparation and submission of statutory filings.
• Calculate bonus payouts and coordinate the internal approval procedures.
• Ensure accurate maintenance of payroll documentation and adherence to Singapore's local payroll regulations.
• Provide ongoing support for daily HR operations and administrative tasks.

Qualifications and Experience

• Extensive practical experience in processing payroll and handling HR operations within Singapore.
• Prior experience in migrating payroll functions from outsourced EOR models to in-house systems is strongly preferred.
• Detail-oriented, execution-driven individual comfortable managing process-intensive workloads.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore payroll and tax compliance standards.
