Key responsibilities

  • Oversee compliance with UAE Labour Law and MOHRE requirements, including employee entitlements, working hours, leave, and end-of-service benefits.
  • Run the salary process from start to finish, including WPS, and verify monthly pay, deductions, and commissions before payroll is finalized.

  • Keep HR records accurate and up to date, including attendance data and leave balances.
  • Plan and execute engagement initiatives such as team activities, recognition programs, and culture-building events.
  • Create, revise, and maintain HR policies, the employee handbook, and disciplinary procedures.
  • Assist with performance management activities such as probation reviews, appraisals, and improvement plans.
  • Serve as the first line of support for employee relations issues, grievances, and everyday HR questions.
  • Support recruitment activities including job posting, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and offer preparation.

Required qualifications

  • At least 3 years of HR experience in the UAE, with strong familiarity with UAE Labour Law, MOHRE processes, and WPS.
  • Solid knowledge of payroll checking, salary structures, and commission-based compensation; experience in real estate is an advantage.
  • Hands-on experience with visa procedures and government systems such as MOHRE, GDRFA, and DHA.
  • A polished, professional, and people-focused approach, with strong English communication skills; Arabic is a plus.
  • A creative, self-driven mindset suited to building employee culture and engagement initiatives.
