About Denza and Harmony Auto
Harmony Auto is a global dealer group specializing in luxury and high-end vehicles. Since forming a strategic partnership with BYD in 2023, it has been responsible for establishing and managing multiple international market channels for associated brands. Currently, Denza is expanding in New Zealand, seeking partners to support in-store operations and contribute to brand growth in new markets.
Role Overview
As a pivotal part of our rapidly growing business, the HR Officer will support dealership operations by overseeing the full spectrum of human resource functions. This involves recruitment, onboarding, fostering positive employee relations, ensuring compliance, and aligning employee performance with organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle the complete recruitment and onboarding process for dealership personnel.
- Manage employee relations, address conflicts, and administer disciplinary procedures.
- Facilitate performance reviews, coordinate training, and promote staff development initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to HR policies, workplace legislation, and health and safety regulations.
- Coordinate payroll processing, manage leave records, and maintain HR administrative tasks.
- Collaborate with management to enhance employee engagement and retention strategies.
- Maintain precise HR records and generate management reports.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in HR operations, ideally within automotive or retail sectors.
- Comprehensive understanding of employment laws and HR compliance standards.
- Strong communication and interpersonal capabilities.
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities effectively under pressure.
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office suite.
