Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated HR Manager to oversee all facets of human resources within an FMCG company based in Coimbatore. This position involves managing comprehensive HR operations along with ensuring compliance with labor laws and enhancing workforce management efficiencies.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-spectrum HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, and processing exit formalities.
- Oversee the Performance Management System by managing goal setting, regular appraisals, and performance reviews.
- Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing for all employees.
- Maintain strict compliance with labor laws such as Provident Fund, Employee State Insurance, Gratuity, Bonus provisions, and Shops & Establishments Act among other applicable regulations.
- Maintain and update HR policies, employee records, and other related documentation.
- Collaborate with senior management on HR strategies, workforce planning, and organizational growth initiatives.
- Prepare and analyze HR reports, providing valuable insights to aid decision-making.
Qualifications and Skills
- Possession of a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related disciplines. Preference for candidates with an MBA or PGDM specializing in HR.
- Demonstrated experience as an HR Manager, ideally within the FMCG sector.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the entire HR function spectrum, payroll modalities, performance management systems, and statutory compliance requirements.
- Advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel functions such as Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, IF functions, dashboards, charts, data validation, conditional formatting, and introductory macro use.
- Experience working with HRMS and payroll processing software platforms.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Strong analytical acumen and organizational skills.
Compensation
The role offers a monthly salary in the range of Rs 30,000 to Rs 50,000.
