About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned and strategic HR Manager to lead all aspects of human resources within our organization. This full-time, onsite position plays a critical role in shaping people strategy, ensuring compliance, and fostering a positive workplace culture that aligns with business growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures that support organizational goals.
- Manage comprehensive recruitment and talent acquisition processes from start to finish.
- Handle employee relations, including resolving conflicts, managing disciplinary matters, and addressing workplace issues.
- Lead performance management activities such as appraisals, KPI tracking, and employee development planning.
- Supervise compensation and benefits administration, including payroll coordination and reward systems.
- Ensure organizational compliance with labor laws, employment regulations, and internal policies.
- Promote employee engagement, retention strategies, and initiatives to enhance workplace culture.
- Support workforce and succession planning, along with organizational development programs.
- Analyze HR metrics to provide actionable insights for management decisions.
- Oversee training and development programs aimed at enhancing employee skills and capabilities.
- Manage HR systems including Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and related technology tools.
- Collaborate closely with senior leaders to align human resources strategy with overall business goals.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in HR management, generalist roles, or HR business partnership.
- Comprehensive knowledge of employment legislation, HR policies, and best practices.
- Proven abilities in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compensation strategy.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills capable of managing confidential information with discretion.
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Familiarity with HRIS, ATS, and payroll systems is preferred.
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to multitask in fast-paced environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline is preferred; professional certifications such as SHRM or CIPD are advantageous.
