Role Overview
This comprehensive HR role encompasses recruitment, onboarding, HR operations, employee engagement, and office management. The HR Generalist will collaborate closely with the CEO and leadership team to cultivate a positive and high-performing work atmosphere while managing daily HR activities effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all recruitment processes for the Group, including scheduling interviews, extending offers, and onboarding new hires.
- Collaborate with department heads on workforce planning and develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
- Oversee the entire employee lifecycle from induction through to exit, keeping all HR records, policies, and documentation current and compliant with UAE labor laws.
- Support performance management and employee development programs.
- Drive employee engagement strategies, wellness initiatives, internal events, and recognition programs to foster a collaborative and positive work environment.
- Serve as a dependable HR contact, providing guidance and support for employee concerns.
- Manage office administration including coordination of facilities, suppliers, and services to maintain an organized, safe, and operational workplace.
- Assist with general administrative duties across the Group.
Candidate Profile
The successful candidate will have a minimum of five years' extensive experience in HR generalist or combined HR and administration roles with proven ability in recruitment and onboarding. A solid knowledge of UAE Labor Law and HR best practices is essential. Experience in dynamic, growing SMEs or founder-led organizations is highly valued. A CIPD qualification or an equivalent credential is mandatory.

Candidates must be comfortable engaging directly with an active CEO in a fast-paced environment, open to feedback, and committed to delivering top-quality work.
