Role Overview
The HR Business Partner Lead plays a crucial strategic role within a specific business unit, spearheading the execution of the people management strategy. Key Responsibilities
- Lead people initiatives focusing on talent attraction, retention, engagement, and fostering a high-performance culture.
- Manage HR transformation projects supporting short- and long-term organizational success.

- Establish and implement standardized HR frameworks to scale consistency and effectiveness.
- Analyze key performance indicators and metrics to evaluate program impact and recommend improvements.

- Utilize data analytics for insightful HR decision-making related to retention, engagement, turnover, and workforce trends.
- Collaborate with leadership on strategic business decisions and resource planning aligned to operations.
- Maximize use of HR technology and tools for accurate data collection and reporting.
- Support mergers and acquisitions by partnering with relevant teams to ensure seamless integration.
- Lead change management efforts to facilitate smooth implementation of new processes.
- Work alongside HR Centers of Excellence to drive cohesive people programs and reinforce company culture.
- Present HR metrics and strategic updates to executive leadership.
- Oversee confidential and special projects aimed at boosting organizational effectiveness.
- Advise on workforce planning and succession to develop a robust leadership pipeline.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline.
- At least seven years of advancing experience in HR emphasizing strategic partnership, talent management, and data analytics.
- Proven expertise in coaching senior leaders and ensuring accountability with company values and leadership behaviors.
- Track record of leading organizational change initiatives and influencing outcomes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal capabilities to build trusted relationships across all levels.
- Proficiency with HRIS systems, business intelligence, and analytics tools.
- Skilled at interpreting performance data for strategic action.
- Willingness to travel up to 10% as required by business needs.
