About the Role

The HR Business Partner position serves as a strategic collaborator with leadership teams, ensuring that human resources initiatives effectively support overarching business goals. Responsibilities include managing talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance evaluations, workforce planning, and employee relations, all while maintaining compliance with corporate policies and labor regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with business leaders to assess workforce needs and devise HR strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Lead talent acquisition processes, onboarding activities, and workforce planning efforts.
  • Oversee the entire performance management cycle encompassing objective setting, performance reviews, and developmental planning.
  • Champion employee engagement efforts to cultivate a positive and inclusive organizational culture.
  • Offer expert advice on employee relations matters, including grievance resolution and disciplinary procedures.
  • Examine HR analytics to detect patterns and propose measures for continuous improvement.
  • Manage talent development programs such as succession planning and career advancement initiatives.
  • Work in partnership with Learning & Development to identify and close skill gaps.
  • Ensure adherence to labor laws, company guidelines, and established HR protocols.
  • Facilitate change management efforts and support organizational transformation activities.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • MBA or PGDM in Human Resources or an equivalent discipline.
  • More than six years of experience in HR Business Partner roles or related areas like Employee Relations, Talent Management, or generalist HR functions.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of HR processes, employment legislation, and performance management systems.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management capabilities with strong business partnering aptitude.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and conflict resolution expertise.
  • Proficiency in HR management software and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Capability to analyze human resources data and deliver insightful recommendations.

  • Experience or exposure to change management and organizational development initiatives.
