Role Overview

As an HR Business Partner, you will play a crucial role in supporting and challenging Retail Managers and District Managers. Your focus is on strengthening teams by enhancing performance through proactive, hands-on collaboration in the field, aligned with JYSK values and leadership principles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead recruitment processes for Store Managers, Deputy Store Managers, SMT, and talent roles ensuring quality hiring.
  • Act as an employer brand ambassador to sustain a strong reputation.
  • Manage training and mentoring quality within the JYSK Academy, including leadership tools and HR systems.
  • Support and challenge retail operations regarding organizational structure and performance management.
  • Identify internal and external talents and support onboarding/offboarding processes.
  • Apply basic labour law knowledge in HR activities.
  • Drive HR KPIs, address safety and workplace environment issues, and ensure policy and concept implementation.
  • Maintain ongoing use of JYSK leadership tools across teams.
