Job description
Position Summary
We invite motivated and detail-oriented candidates to apply for the role of HR Assistant / HR Coordinator / HR Executive at our team in Frankfurt, Germany. This full-time position involves supporting diverse functions within the Human Resources department, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, administrative duties, and legal compliance. The role requires close collaboration with both hiring managers and employees to ensure seamless HR service delivery and enhance the overall employee experience.
Key Duties
- Manage comprehensive recruitment activities such as advertising job openings, reviewing applications, arranging interviews, and communicating with candidates.
- Oversee onboarding and offboarding procedures for employees.
- Maintain precise employee records, HR databases, and confidential personnel documents.
- Draft employment contracts, HR-related correspondence, and other necessary documentation.
- Assist payroll and benefits functions by verifying and updating employee data.
- Handle employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Organize training sessions, facilitate performance appraisals, and support employee engagement initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to internal policies as well as applicable labor laws and regulations.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain records to support audits and internal assessments.
- Contribute to HR projects and perform assigned administrative and operational tasks.
Candidate Qualifications
- Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Psychology, or similar fields, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in HR roles such as recruitment, administrative support, or employee services is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Demonstrated strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal capabilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Knowledge of HR Information Systems (HRIS), Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), or payroll software is a plus.
- Exemplary professionalism, discretion, and meticulous attention to detail.
- Effective problem-solving skills along with efficient time management.
- Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively within a team.
- Keen interest in advancing one's career within the HR field.
- Good command of English language; proficiency in German is advantageous though not required.
