Job Overview
We seek a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead comprehensive recruitment processes and serve as a trusted consultant to hiring managers throughout the organization. This position balances hands-on recruiting responsibilities with strategic collaboration to help leaders attract, evaluate, and secure outstanding talent while enhancing recruitment operations and candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to align recruitment efforts with business goals and workforce planning.
- Manage full-cycle recruiting from initial requirements gathering through offer facilitation and onboarding support.
- Create and implement effective sourcing strategies to find high-caliber candidates across diverse functions.
- Establish and nurture robust talent pools to meet current and future hiring requirements.
- Conduct thorough candidate screenings and interviews, delivering detailed evaluations and hiring recommendations.
- Provide hiring managers with insights on market conditions, talent availability, compensation standards, and recruitment best practices.
- Ensure candidates experience a professional, respectful, and positive hiring process.
- Oversee recruitment activities within the Applicant Tracking System, maintaining precise and up-to-date hiring records.
- Track and analyze recruiting metrics, offering data-driven insights to refine hiring strategies and processes.
- Work jointly with HR and leadership teams on employer branding and talent attraction campaigns.
- Support initiatives that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in hiring.
- Continuously improve recruitment workflows, tools, and methods to optimize results.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, executive search, or similar disciplines.
- Demonstrated ability to oversee end-to-end recruitment across various roles and departments.
- Expertise in sourcing candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, networking, and direct outreach.
- Experience collaborating with hiring managers and senior leaders to meet hiring goals.
- Strong skills in interviewing and assessing candidate suitability.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and persuasion capabilities.
- Proven ability to juggle several priorities effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and recruitment data analytics.
- Fluent proficiency in written and spoken English.
