Role Overview
We are searching for an organized and meticulous Human Resources professional to oversee multiple HR duties such as payroll processing, employee benefits management, record keeping, and assisting with administrative and basic accounting tasks. The role requires adaptability and the ability to excel in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Employees receive comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, life insurance, and retirement plans.
Key Duties
- Ensure accurate payroll processing in line with all legal requirements.
- Maintain and update personnel records diligently.
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
- Administer employee benefits programs effectively.
- Support HR policy compliance and update internal policies as needed.
- Prepare periodic reports related to HR functions.
- Serve as the principal contact regarding payroll and benefits inquiries.
- Provide administrative assistance to hotel management and staff across locations including communications and documentation management.
- Coordinate vendor relationships and maintain office supply inventory.
- Assist with light accounting tasks such as accounts payable, bank reconciliations, and monthly financial reporting.
Candidate Profile
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent plus HR certification.
- At least two years of experience in payroll, HR, or administrative positions.
- Excellent proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 suite, especially Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
- Mandatory experience with Paylocity payroll workflow.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask efficiently.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Uphold confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive data.
